Fritz Michel Has been training Martial arts since before he was a teenager.   He holds ranks in multiple disciplines, including Karate, Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Japanese Jiu Jitsu.  He has also trained extensively in Boxing and Kickboxing.
